One of my favorites from It’s too bad it will never get an adaptation, I suppose it wouldn’t really work out though. El Hazard is by the same studio that did Tenchi Muyo and the first 7 part ova of El hazard is the best thing they ever did just ignore everything else called El Hazard. It’s a nice cute little series that can also punch you in the feels hard. It’s a tough choice between the last two, simply because while the first seasons of both were brilliant, the second season of Death Note was a major letdown and although I enjoyed Attack on Titan while I watched it, I’ve realised that I simply don’t care what happens next. Brotherhood Ghost in the Shell: Evangelion, Death Note, Perfect Blue.
It’s really very good though and it’s getting a second season soon! Seems you’re a mucher 4can fan of grimdark and gore than I am. Don’t click if you haven’t watched the show! Ok I admit I originally watched it for the bewbs I was in my teen when I first watched it but I soon to grown to loved the cast in that show heavy in debt Rio and the gun obsess Maya etc and yeah Shirokuma Cafe was an aquired taste since the main comedy revolved on Japanese Kanji gakaxy but that show was so relaxing to watched after I come back from work.
Even more so than Anohana and Angel Beats. This like a completely different level. So compared to some of the others in this list, mine’s pretty basic But like I give a shit, I love these shows!
The secret is that you can’t. Well, it’s fucking working, goddammit! I can see it being in a person’s top 20 maybe, but just not top 9. Urusei Yatsura and Maison Ikkoku are based on manga by Rumiko Takahashi who did InuYasha, UY was huge in Japan back in the galxxy and it’s popularity put everything else she’s done to shame.
Okay so you don’t need image tags yay I learned something! It’s my favorite show and all, but the sheer amount of superfluous material that’s associated with it is a bit much.
I just can’t give it a point. Just looking at all of these, I glad that there’s a giant amount of Madoka love going around.
Polar Bear Cafe is uber hipster mode though, couldn’t get into it. Anywho, listing’s in the spoiler tag below Brotherhood Ghost in the Shell: I obviously mostly go for comedic titles. I’ll list the animes for you guys, galasy Mine would be something like Baccano! I like to think of Madoka as more of a high class oiran. Although I find it interesting that Kill la Kill is on both lists, since I’ve avoided it like the plague since it’s made by the same people who made Gurren Lagann, which ranks slightly lower than self-castration with a blunt scalpel for me.
Maybe I’ll come back galxy do the second page later. Oh boy, there’s been plenty of activity in here since I’ve been away. Log Horizon was enjoyable and you just can’t go wrong with Battleship Yamato. No inexplicable thread deletions! I’m sorry but I have way too many favorite anime than just 9.
/a/ – AOTD and Yuasa ‘s magnum opus – Anime & Manga – 4chan
I’ve not seen or finished most of the shows on your list. Almost to hentai levels of fan-service. Not even Eva got this whored out in that amount of time. I’ll let Saya no Uta slide too, since it was such a fantastic VN.
While Gunbuster was the first thing Hideaki Anno ever directed and introduced the Gainax bounce, think of it as a precursor to Eva mixed with Gurren Lagann.
Holy hell it took me ages to put this together x. Only Yosunga no Sora beats it. I love me some Tenchi Muyo and Burnup Excess doesn’t get enough tataki these days.
