Getting three activation’s of Aminatou is going to require 8 to activate The Chain Veil twice. Translating this breakdown of theme and abilities into cards we want to support our planeswalker with gives us a good direction toward determining the categories of cards we want to see in the deck.
Along those same lines Decree of Silence is disgusting with Aminatou’s Just in general a great reanimation target if you can set it up, as amiinatou can then bring other cards back from graveyard. Once you can get at least three activation’s of Aminatouthen you can [-1] until she is down to 1 loyalty counter, then target the Sun Titan. Oath of Teferi and The Chain Veil. She will go to graveyard and you can use the Sun Titan to return her to play.
